At Stig Vape UAE, we are committed to delivering high-quality vape products to our customers. Due to the nature of our products (e-liquids, pods, disposables, and other vape-related items), we follow a strict No Return & No Exchange Policy except under very limited conditions mentioned below.

1. No Return on Opened Products

Once the product has been opened, unsealed, or used, it will not be eligible for return or exchange due to health and safety reasons.

2. General Return & Exchange Policy

As a standard rule, our products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Returns may only be considered in case of wrong item delivered or manufacturing defect, and must comply with our return conditions.

3. Return Charges

If an order is approved for return, the customer will be charged Standard Delivery Fee of AED 30, which will be deducted from the refund/credit amount.

4. Return Timeframe

All return requests must be raised within 12 hours of delivery.
After 12 hours, no returns or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.

5. Important Note

Customers must provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) when requesting a return.
18+ Age Verification remains mandatory for all deliveries and returns.
