Return & Exchange Policy

At Candy Man Vapes, the Official MYLE Vape Seller in UAE, we are dedicated to delivering 100% genuine and high-quality MYLE Vape products to our customers. Due to the sensitive and consumable nature of vape products (such as e-liquids, pods, and disposables), we maintain a strict No Return & No Exchange Policy, except under specific conditions outlined below.

 

1. No Return on Opened Products

  • Once a product has been opened, unsealed, or used, it becomes ineligible for return or exchange due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations.

  • This includes all MYLE pods, disposables, and e-liquid products, which cannot be resold once opened.

 

2. General Return & Exchange Policy

  • As a standard rule, MYLE Vape products sold by Candy Man Vapes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • A return or exchange may only be considered if:

    • The wrong item was delivered, or

    • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

  • All returns must comply with the conditions and inspection process outlined by our team.

 

3. Return Charges

  • If a return request is approved, a standard delivery fee of AED 30 will apply.

  • This amount will be deducted from the total refund or store credit value issued to the customer.

 

4. Return Timeframe

  • Customers must raise any return or replacement request within 12 hours of delivery.

  • Requests submitted after 12 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.

 

5. Important Note

  • Customers must provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) when submitting a return request.

  • Age verification (18+) remains mandatory for all deliveries and returns, in compliance with UAE regulations.
