  • Same-Day Delivery: All confirmed orders placed before the daily cut-off time are eligible for same-day delivery.

  • Dubai & Abu Dhabi: Orders are typically delivered within 2 hours of confirmation.

  • Other Emirates / Areas: Orders are delivered within 4–5 hours on the same day.
    (Delivery times may vary slightly during peak hours, weekends, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.)

 

2. Delivery Charges

  • Free Delivery: Available on all orders above AED 200.

  • Standard Delivery: AED 30 for orders below AED 200.

  • Express Delivery: AED 50 for urgent or high-priority deliveries.

 

3. Delivery Conditions

  • Delivery is available across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery details to avoid unnecessary delays.

  • Age Verification: At the time of delivery, customers must present a valid government-issued ID to confirm they are 18 years or older.

  • Orders will not be released without successful age verification.

 

4. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed immediately after confirmation.

  • In the event of delays due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, our team will promptly update the customer regarding the status of the delivery.
