• Be sure to remove the rubber stoppers from the top & bottom of the Pods before inserting into your Device.
• V4 Device ONLY compatible with V4 Pod.

• Order placed before 5 pm is eligible for same-day delivery (Dubai, Abu dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman).

• Orders placed before midnight will be delivered the following day.

• Except for remote areas, delivery is available in all 7 emirates.

• Except on public holidays, deliveries are made 7 days a week.

• We make every effort to ship your order the next working day by noon. A shipment may be delayed due to an emergency or severe weather.

• Customers have the option of choosing between standard and expedited delivery. Depending on the service selected, additional fees will be noted at checkout.

• A signature is not required at the time of delivery. Customers must have someone available to receive items when they are shipped.

• During the shipping process, the company is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

• It is not possible to modify the shipping address. We will only ship to the address provided at the time the order was placed. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. Your refund will be reduced by the original delivery charge.

• When you show your Emirates ID or passport and pay the complete invoice amount, the courier will deliver your package.

• To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under the age of 18 and place an order, you will undoubtedly lose your money.

• If your order is less than AED 300, you will be charged a delivery fee of AED 30.

• If the entire order value is AED 300 or above, there are no delivery fees or free shipping.

• If you purchase before 4 p.m., you may get same-day or express delivery in UAE for AED 50.

• All shipping promotions, unless otherwise declared, apply only to standard shipping.

• Within two days of purchasing the goods, you can request a refund or exchange. After that time, the claim will be null and invalid.

• To be eligible for a refund or return, the item must be returned in its original manufacturer packaging, unused and unopened.
