Refund Policy

✔️ Once we get your goods, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt.

✔️ You will be notified by email if your refund has been approved or rejected after the item has been inspected.

✔️ If your refund is approved, it will be executed through bank transfer or, in rare situations, cash.

✔️ If your application is rejected, the same items will be returned to your mailing address.

Pods Refund Policy

✔️ There will be no refunds. There are no refunds. Taste is far too personal. Many e-liquids that some people love, others don't, thus we can't give you a refund or a return only because you don't like the flavor. Please accept our sincere apologies. We are unable to accept returns of any e liquids, whether they are unopened, unused, or still packaged, since we cannot determine whether they have been doctored/tampered with.
